TVF BODY Strength + Cardio
A 45 minute total body sweat session. The perfect mix of strength and cardio. For this class you'll need dumbbells (a light and heavy pair) and a yoga mat. If you're ready for the challenge meet me virtually on Thursday evenings at 7:00pm EST.
TVF BODY Virtual Mat Class
A 45 minute mat class training session that stretches, strengthens and tones the body all over. You’ll need a yoga mat or soft flooring and light dumbbells (nothing over 5lbs). Ankle weights may enhance your experience. This class is currently being offered at no cost on Saturday mornings at 9AM. To register, visit the TVF BODY page.
For 30 days we’ll work together to achieve your fitness goals. With this package you’ll benefit from daily communication that encourages you to stay on your fitness journey. We’ll select your workouts together and I’ll teach you how to meal plan for lifetime success. Accepting new clients in Fall 2020.
